Amazing venue, magnificent location so close to a great Restaurant that cooks wonderful Indonesian dishes and the nearest mall, appreciated our stay. It was tasteful, good and with an extra bed. The staff seemed amazing and wonderful. Good breakfast and other services were nice.

I chose this hotel for attending to a vendor expo because it provides guests with a business centre, where I could conveniently check emails and stay connected. The facilities were well-equipped and made my work easier during my stay.

I did miss having a 24-hour room service. As a businessman, there were times when I needed to work late into the night and having access to food and drinks in my room would have been very convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, somewhat out of the center, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of local and international cuisines. I especially enjoyed the authentic local dishes. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. Additionally, this place had a stunning outdoor swimming pool and a wonderful spa & wellness center. I felt completely pampered.

The hotel seemed to be busy with some function, which made it difficult to relax by the pool, and check-in took a bit long.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Malang. The duplex room with a private staircase and balcony overlooking the pool was amazing. The hotel was sparkling clean and well maintained. The staff were professional and caring. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the gym and the swimming pool. The gym was well-equipped and the pool was clean and relaxing. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to the mountains, which made the air cool and fresh. The rooms were spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, a great way to end a busy day. the Indonesian dishes served at the restaurant near the pool were mouth-watering, and the hotel design was beautiful.

The breakfast was just average, and the bathroom wasn't that clean. The interior style was a bit outdated.

During my recent stay, I truly enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast options that were available.

the lack of strong water pressure in the shower made it difficult to fully relax, and the noise level from neighboring rooms was occasionally bothersome.
